How routing works
At quote time we score every eligible provider lane on price, observed success rate, and current backlog. The locked quote names the chosen lane and the fallback ladder. If a lane degrades mid-batch, traffic shifts to the next lane without breaking the quoted price.
The 24-hour SLA
standard delivery
Every batch ships with the same 24-hour delivery guarantee. Batches that miss the deadline qualify for an automatic service-fee refund — applied to your next statement.
Retry policy
Provider 429s, 5xx, and timeouts retry with jittered exponential backoff. Permanent errors (validation, content policy, malformed input) do not retry. Failed items are returned in the output file with a structured error code.
