Service
Batchrouter routes asynchronous AI batch jobs from customers to qualified providers, locks quotes at acceptance, and settles credits on completion.
Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding API keys and session tokens. You must be 18+ and authorized to bind any organization you act on behalf of.
Acceptable use
No CSAM, no targeted harassment, no automated abuse of providers, no circumvention of provider rate limits. We may suspend workloads that violate these rules.
Quotes & billing
Customer charges equal the quote total at acceptance. Provider settlement is computed from observed token usage and the customer's accepted quote.
Liability
Batchrouter is provided as-is. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We'll notify active customers by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms.
