    Reserved credits are released automatically when a batch terminates without producing usable output.

    We only charge for items that produced a valid result. Failed items are released back to your credit balance.

    Batches that miss their accepted SLA receive a 100% service-fee refund, processed within 5 business days.

  • Unused top-ups

    90-day window

    Credits purchased but not used are refundable to the original payment method within 90 days.

  • Disputed charges
